Please allow 5-7 business days to prepare and ship your order, as we bake daily to provide the freshest treats to your doorstep...We promise the wait will be worth it!

Unopened treats can be stored, at room temperature, until the suggested 'use by' date on the bag, for a minimum of 6 months. 

Once opened, please keep in the original resealable bag, or air-tight container, at room temperature. 

Recommended use within 2 months after opening. 

You can purchase our products through our online store here on our website as well as in a few local retailers; please view our 'Where to Buy' page for more details. 

If you sign up for our email subscription we will notify you in the future of other stores where our products will be sold!

Yes! We are now selling online throughout the continental United States! As our small business continues to grow, we hope to continue to expand our shipping radius and get our products into retailers nationwide!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns to already purchased products; however, we do want to resolve any issues you have had with your order. Please email us at kelli@snowdogdelights.com so we can do everything we can to amend your situation!

We ship all of our packages via USPS Priority Mail, from Lake Zurich, IL. All orders are produced & packaged, by hand, within 5-7 business days.

Snow Dog Delights LLC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by USPS, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather.
